EAST COAST EQUESTRIAN October 2025 8 Tailgating Passes A Cross Country Tailgating Pass for Saturday, October 18th will allow you and your companions intimate access to see the world’s best Eventing duo’s take on the 2025 Maryland 5 Star Cross-Country courses at both the 3 Star (CCI3*-L) and 5 Star (CCI5*-L) levels, all while enjoying your favorite tailgating menu and beverages! You will have quick and easy access to walk alongside over four miles of the Cross Country courses, as well as the rest of the Event venue featuring curated retail shopping, on-site fan activations, special events, and wide variety of food & beverage offerings both out on Cross Country courses and in the infield. All tailgating spots include a 10’x10’ tent. Be sure to read the event’s tailgating policies before you buy. A Saturday Tailgate Pass includes ten (10) Saturday General Admission (GA) tickets, and will be available for purchase in advance only. Tailgating Passes will be inclusive of the following: ★ Access for one (1) vehicle to park in a reserved, designated tailgating space in one of our three cross-country fields (Timber Field, Middle Hay Field and Sawmill Field). ★ Ten (10) Saturday General Admission (GA) Tickets for you and your guests. ★ Want to invite more guests? No problem! Additional Saturday GA tickets can be easily added before check-out. ★ All passes allow Tailgaters to be parked in their reserved spot for the full duration of both the CCI3* Star (morning) and CCI5* Star (afternoon) cross-country competition. ★ Access to walk alongside over four miles of this year’s exciting Cross-Country Courses up close and personal to all the action and beauty of Fair Hill on Saturday. ★ Unlimited access to our curated retail vendor areas, on-site fan activations, as well as a variety of food and beverage offerings both out on Course and around the Main Arena. ★ Spectator Shuttle Services at designated pick-up / drop-off areas around the venue/cross-country course. ★ Additional Sawmill Preferred Parking Passes in Sawmill Field are available for purchase. ★ Tailgating Hosts – customer service volunteer staff will be available to check in periodically to help make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Timber Field Overlook NEWTHISYEAR! Private Tents at Timber FieldOverlook. Celebrate THE Place to be inOctober with friends from your very own private 10×10 tent! Each space comes stocked with a table, chairs, and a charcuterie and champagne picnic basket, as well VIP Parking for easy access. Park in VIP Parking (Lot A) and walk past the Main Arena to your private tent in Timber Field, located just past the spectator crossing from the Infield out to Timber Field. This new offering boasts an incredible viewof the entirety of the northern half of Timber Field, all while being only a short walk away fromcurated retail shopping, on-site fan activations, a wide variety of food&beverage offerings, all of theMainArena competition, andmore! A limited number of these special spots are available onThursday and Friday for the Young Event Horse Championship jumping, and on Saturday for the CCI3*-L and CCI5*-L cross country. Children General admission for children ages 10 and under is free of charge when accompanied by a paid adult. Children can join adults with general admission tickets in the North Aintree Grandstand (general admission seating) for free. However, having a child accompany an adult into the Tier 1 or Tier 2 grandstands at the Main Arena, does require the purchase of a Reserved Seat Ticket, Club or Hospitality Pass for the child (children 2 years and under do not require purchase of additional ticketing, so long as they can share a seat with an adult with a valid ticket/pass). Military & DOD Employees A discount for active duty military, retired military and DOD Employees will be offered for Single-Day General Admission Tickets when purchased on-site at the Box Office during the event, only. If purchasing a Military Discount Ticket at the event, please be prepared to show active military ID, military retiree ID or civilian identification badge at the Box Office upon arrival. Park your car conveniently behind your tailgate tent (included with purchase), set-out a spread of your favorite tailgating foods and beverages, and enjoy your awesome view of the YEH jumping field. ★ These spots are also just a quick walk away from curated retail vendor areas at the Main Arena, on-site fan activations, special events, and a wide variety of food and beverage offerings in the infield.
