Kendra has trained in many disciplines with a focus on dressage with numerous FEI and Olympic level trainers. She promotes effective biome- chanics for enhanced commu- nication with the horse, and the horse’s comfort and longevity. Rachel Cloninger Penn State Animal Science Pan- el; Connecting Horses & Careers (Sat., 10 am, Seminar Hall B) Rachel Cloninger majored in Animal Science at Penn State and is now Penn State’s Animal Sci- ence Advising Coordinator, where she recruits prospective students, advises undergraduate students and teaches. Rachel works to help students partner their passions with career choices to positively impact the agricultural industry. During her time in industry, she worked for PA Farm Bureau, Ag- Choice Farm Credit and PennAg Industries in a variety of roles. She lives in Centre Hall, PAwith her husband, Ben and two children. Through Rocky’s Horse Rescue she started Ace Horsemanship in 2019. She focuses on providing an honest and encouraging training program where building confidence is put first for both horse and rider.
