Emerson Haupert-Keill Start Ground Driving (Thurs., 5 pm, Round Pen Arena) The Ins and Outs of Show Driving (Sat., 6 pm, Seminar Hall A) Emerson has trained a multitude of horses to drive, and each one has taught her some- thing new. She has successfully competed in miniature horse shows and the American Driv- ing Society. To create a healthy, strong, and trusting bond between equine and handler, she helps be- ginner drivers know every piece of equipment, how to use them, and how to be safe. Emerson has found how driving can help those with disabilities, mobility issues, or those who are uncomfortable riding, get to do something with their horse.
