An Assistant Professor of Entomology at Penn State, she is also a Certi- fied Wildlife Biologist® with 33 scientific publications and three book chapters. She has been awarded over $2.9 million in re- search funding. As the principal investigator for the Veterinary Entomology Laboratory, her research focuses on arthropod pests of veterinary concern. Jeff has been training horses for over 20 years, creating soft horses using collection, flexion and disengagement. Danielle and Meg Montgomery Restart the OTTB in Western Disciplines (Sun., 10 am, Equine Arena) Danielle is the Executive Director of Turning for Home, an aftercare organization that serves Parx Racing and has successfully rehomed over 2500 horses since its incep- tion in 2008. Danielle and her daughter Meg can be found on local rodeo circuits turning barrels, bending poles, and sorting cows on their Thorough- breds. Danielle was a licensed thoroughbred owner, trainer, asst. trainer, exercise rider and stable employee before taking the helm of Turning for Home.
