Carrie Neidigh Penn State Tactical Mounted Section (Sat., 10 am, Seminar Hall B) Carrie is a sergeant and a 9-year member of the Pennsylva- nia State Police. She has worked in Erie County, Franklin County, Bureau of Training and Education and currently works out of the Bureau of Emergency and Spe- cial Operations.
