He has coached and trained numerous national champions, re- serve champions and top 5 cutters and cutting horses. Andrew started his career working for hall of fame and world champion trainers. He now operates Nave Cowhorses located in Everett, PA, where they welcome all cow horses and riders for cutting and sorting – showing, training, lessons and clinics are available. Carrie Neidigh Penn State Tactical Mounted Section (Sat., 10 am, Seminar Hall B) Carrie is a sergeant and a 9-year member of the Pennsylva- nia State Police. She has worked in Erie County, Franklin County, Bureau of Training and Education and currently works out of the Bureau of Emergency and Spe- cial Operations.
