Equine Arena) Steve and Suzy Perrine of Bear Hill Horse Logging have been logging with horses for fif- teen years, focusing on low impact logging and restorative forestry with their horses. They have done demos, and seminars for the past six years. Based in Clearfield County, Pa., their log skidding demos, narrated by Suzy with questions and answers, educate people about logging with horses. Dr. Cat Radtke When to Call Your Vet (Sat., noon, Seminar Hall B) Dr. Cat Radtke is head of surgery and obtained her degree in veterinary medicine from the University of Wisconsin Madison. Following a one-year in-hospital rotating internship at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital in Lexing- ton, KY, she worked for the state of Kentucky as a Thoroughbred race- track regulatory veterinarian for two years. She completed a one- year orthopedic surgery fellowship at New Bolton Center, followed by a three-year large animal surgical residency program and a PhD in regenerative medicine at the Uni- versity of Prince Edward Island, where she is an assistant professor of large animal surgery.
